So a question came up in my head last night...
Maximum players in a team is 40, right? For example, my Detroit Red Wings now has 40 players as "regular", but I want to add another one to their roster.
What happens with the 41th player, if I place him in "additionals"?
Let's say I want to start a new season, playing with (for example) Anaheim Ducks, while Detroit will be controlled by the CPU.
If a Detroit player is injured or on a cold streak - can the CPU automatically swap places with the injured player and the one in additionals?
Do you understand my question?
I wanna know if an "additional" player will be able to play games for the CPU team in a season. If the CPU can swap players by itself from "regular" to "additional", so the 41th player also gets to play some games from time to time, when another one is injured or so.
Does anyone know anything about how it works with regular/additional players, when the team is controlled by the CPU?
Or is it useless putting a 41th player in additionals? Maybe he wont be able to play at all?
I would really want to know how this works.
I hope I've made myself clear, or else you just need to ask, and I will try to explain better.
