These are highly accurate up to date rosters and player attributes for NHL09 on PC. They are
updated for Updated for NHL teams only (as well as the top National Teams: CAN, USA, RUS, SWE, CZE, FIN, SWI, SVK, (EUR). The AHL, Euro, and KHL teams are not updated. Personally, I have no interest in updating these.... Roster is updated regularly, see version for most recent updates.

yes, I must adjust ALL the players' salaries (cap hit) to be cap compliant in the game which is only $56.7M (08-09 season).... impossible to change the cap

so the best players are at $7M (top tier: McDavid, Drai, Kuch, MacKinnon), next tier at $6M, etc.... fringe NHLers are at $500K

yes theyre all at 1 year.... if you want to change it yourself you need to download NHLview. Its quite easy.

yeah i was just asking cause i was curious. i’m using your roster as a base to edit all the contract lengths and stuff along with ratings to have it similar to nhl 26. elite roster doesn’t work with garners pbp so i use yours. amazing work on the rosters though, it must take a loooong time.

Making new players is a task as well.... I dont make ALL the rookies until they play enough games (unless its like Shaeffer, Misa etc).

Wait, what? I wonder what version of pbp are you using? Anyway, amnesiac's roster has my pbp... at least I thought it was supposed to.

There are also some people around here who use their own rosters, I just provide pbp for them. Latest version was released a couple of days ago.

no problem. and yeah i see how that would be pretty annoying especially free agency. i remember in 2023 when i was making rosters free agent frenzy was so annoying

i’m using the latest one, pbp doesn’t work well with elite for some reason.. i’m not sure if it’s me making a mistake but like some players have pbp and some don’t. so i tried amnesiacs and it worked perfectly so i switched rosters and im currently building my own roster
