Looking at Modding NHL 2001 -- I like 2001 because I can choose however many teams I want and play out a season.
I think I have worked out how to change the faces, logos and jerseys.
However any advice out there would be appreciated.

I would suggest starting with the roster as everything ties into the roster. Do you have the editor for that?
