NHL09 Resolution Switcher v1.1
A lightweight Windows utility for setting up NHL 09 widescreen and switching between five resolutions:
1536×864 · 1920×1080 · 2560×1440 · 2880×1620 · 3840×2160
Select your game folder, choose a resolution, and apply. The tool updates the necessary game settings together, applies the 16:9 correction, and creates a backup before making changes. Restore initial setup lets you return to your saved configuration.
The supported original executable needs no separate FullHD fix. Fullscreen choices are checked against your primary display’s available modes.
The release contains only the executable, README, and license information—no Python installation or bundled game files. Requires 64-bit Windows and .NET Framework 4.8 or later.
Testing: 178 automated checks passed. Menus and matches were confirmed working at 2880×1620 on a FullHD-based installation. Direct conversion from original files still needs in-game verification, and unsupported executable versions are rejected.
Free, unofficial, and MIT licensed.

You are making me want to go back and play a couple of games. I need to check this out.

Thanks! Will appreciate the feedback. I have some more ideas to tackle, like improving jersey selection for Dynasty/season modes, or the ability to choose any available in-game teams for the tournament.
