For that.
Put the files in the main game folder and then click on NHL Toolbox and then press Install Addons

Put the db folder into the main game folder
NHL 09 in your My Documents Folder
local.viv into your fe folder
Put the rest of the files into your main game folder and then run BHImport

If it is NHL vs International
Load the rosters in NHL View and find the teams in the league. Click on the Arena tab. Change the arena type from International to NHL and see if that works.

Are the ices 1X or 2X?

Did you install ices and other addons for the league?

Make sure the RUS is all Caps.

Did you reinstall the goalie stuff?

Did you run BHImport afterwards?

Does the file numbers match the cyberface numbers in NHL View?
If yes. the faces.viv probably hasn't been hexedited. Use this program to do it.

Create or edit a player in NHL View.
In the identity Tab. Change the photo/cyberface number to 10174 -
OP wants to change the names for the equipment in NHL View in the dropdown menu.
For example. In the pic below. Change the name of Jofa Helmet to Nike. I think only the maker of NHL View can change that.
