As you’ve probably noticed, this site is multilingual.

I've got a friend who works at the local EA campus that handles the NHL games, and there is no appetite from upper management to port over to PC for quite a few reasons (mostly down to cost + quick revenue from roster updates being impacted). Unfortunately I don't think we'll see a new NHL game on PC unless a new developer gets involved.
Well, if Madden can return to PC after a decade of being absent, NHL can do so after two.
-
Modding this will be extremely difficult. Not sure if it's worth the time.
Well, if it can be done for the PSP, there’s a way for the Gamecube.

Given what one of my mods is (one of NHL 10), I'm trying my hardest to look for player pictures from the 2009-10 season- in this case, for the Swiss and Czech leagues.
I initiallly sent this on NHL 04 Rebuilt, but alas, the 2009-10 season pack is only for those that are in NHL 2004. Are there any addons for NHL 09 from that era that could have them?
-
I haven’t figured it out, either.

Strange thing. EA making FIFA series on PC with next-gen and up-to-date graphics. But NHL not. Why?
Because FIFA/FC makes 360% more money than NHL.
-
2K were working on a 2025 Hockey game and the previews looked to have NHL licenses, It does still seem to be in Beta stage though.
Sources, please. That is, unless you're talking about 2KHS, which is not being made by 2K, and is a roster and texture pack of NHL 2K6.

Malaysia’s look at that time feels more reminiscent of the Oilers, imo.

Well, if it means being able to play it in a virtual machine, since that error appeared on Windows 11, no matter what I did, then it was something that I felt was necessary.
-
I got a copy of Eishockey Manager 2009 in the mail today, and I made an attempt to install it. Unfortunately, I wound up getting this error message, with only two options: Repeat (which repeats the error) or Cancel.
The error appears to involve this particular image.
There's also a "More" button...
...which just tells me what the error is.
Would I need to change my locale to a German one just to install the game, or is this Windows 11 just... being Windows 11? Because I have no idea how to tackle this error.
Translated, it says this:
"A file required for this operation could not be found. This may be because the file name is incorrect or because the file has been deleted."Apologies for assuming that a simple locale change was the solution.
And just copying the files from the disc didn't work, either.
No, virtual machines aren't the solution, either.
Well, looks like installing in the default directory might have been the solution all along... at least, on a virtual machine.

It's giving me Calgary Flames vibes

Does anyone have facepacks for the European leagues during the 2008-09 season? The reason I ask is because it's rather difficult to find portraits for that season for any league except the NHL.
Preferably would be for the Swedish, Finnish, German, and Czech Leagues.
If anyone has these, that would be pretty nice.

1) Yes.
2) Same ones as NHL 09, minus the Toolbox (which I personally don't use, anyways).
3) There's also the NHL 06 Streams Editor, which can be used for NHLs 06 to 09. YOu can find it here: https://www.artemkh.com/nhl/streamedit/

The answer to all three questions is yes.
-
And I replied to it.
-
I'm interested.

Where can I download this game? I would try and find a physical copy, but they're either sold out or I need a German and/or European bank account. The reason I ask is simply because I wanted to see how it differed from the 2007 edition.

On top of that, no downloads can be accessed with the Wayback Machine.
