This mod was done mostly for European players, who would like to try some alternative to main NHL mod. Personally I like hockey in EU leagues, and would like to offer this choice to others.
Main league is KHL which overwirite NHL. Most of KHL addons are converted from website hockeyaddons.ru wher our Russian friends working hard on all related stuff.
You can play full KHL season or even dynasty.
Other leagues are Czech Extraliga, traditional one, one of best leagues in Europe. Swiss NLA - curently league with biggest attendance in Europe, and with many great players like Linus Omark, Glen Metropolit, Martin Gerber or Tommy Santala. And the last one is multinational EBEL - Austrian league with participation from Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Italy (depends on Bolzano faith). This league were added because of huge community, which is represented here, and cause of quite exotic feeling.
Who like to play with national teams, weill be pleased to play latest World Championships with all participated teams.
With great help of other contributors you will find everything you need for play - actual rosters, jerseys, facepacks, goalies, cybers, arenas and many more like crowd chants, goal horns and more. Of course not everything is accurate, but you must understand, that keep this actual is huge job (there are almost 90 teams), so be patient and maybe your requests will be done.
Updates from my part will come in time, i will made new schedules and update rosters for sure. Also will work on other things but all depends on my free time, and your activity also.

Installation : Like V2 or Jimbonis 97 mod.
HOW TO INSTALL 2 NHL 2004 VERSIONS INTO YOUR HARD DRIVE
Actually, nothing could be easier. Let's assume you have the modern mod installed and you want to play the PNHL v2 version.
1. Rename your current \NHL 2004 folder to something else... to whatever you want. Like "Joe Blow's Modern 2004"
2. You copy your full \NHL 2004 installation folder to somewhere else in your hard drive. i.e make a duplicate copy of the game. To another hard drive partition for example. Then move it back to the same drive that you originally installed the game to. The shortcut and registry will look the game from the same drive.
3. You install the PNHL v2 mod parts to your \nhl 2004 folder
4. Do the same thing to your C:\My Documents\EA Sports\NHL 2004 folder. Make a duplicate of it and install the PNHL v2 rosters to the one that's named \NHL 2004
Whenever you want to switch between the versions, you simply rename the version you want to play to \NHL 2004 (the Documents folder and the actual game installation folder). Not exactly rocket science, right?
