  • Just got my copy of NHL 09 installed and wanted to give it a general update (current rosters, the knights, new arenas, etc). Now I'm not completely braindead on this, I have gotten some things to work (namely updated jerseys via Toolbox). The Knights are something where I think I have issues so I'll start there.

Can I have my copy of NHL 09 stored on my secondary HDD (it currently is) or do I need it on my C drive? If I need it on my C Drive, does it need to be in program files or a standalone?

When it comes to installing something like the Knights, is there an order of importance with installing (like Cybers first, then logos, then the facepack...)?

I believe I saw in a thread around here that I need to run bh import/addoninstaller as admin and they need installed into the NHL 09 root folder. But when I attempt at running bh import all I get is lines like:

    "C:\WINDOWS\system32>genbhnhl gamedata\players.viv

'genbhnhl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

    operable program or batch file."

    Thanks guys

  • Try to not copy your NHL09 in program files folder, it can cause problems with add on installing. But you can leave your NHL09 folder on disk D too. My NHL09 i installed in - C:\EA Sports\NHL 09.

When you run bh import and get some errors, make sure, you have all necessary files in your NHL09 folder. These files are - addon_installer.bat, BHimport.bat, genbhnhl.exe, gfxpak.exe and IMPBIG.EXE. Here is these files, if you need - Addon install files.zip

Thanks, those did help. I went around and got nearly everything running. There seems to be one issue, the T-Mobile Arena Ice texture is really messed up. Every other one is fine. Can you explain what the problem is? I used this one:
