Flags from the 2006 FIFA World Cup game for use with National Teams

A pack of flags extracted from EA's 2006 FIFA World Cup game and converted for use with National Teams appearing in NHL 2005 up to 09, including the ELITE and Dannyduke's IIHF rosters. And while most of the flags of the teams appearing in these rosters are present in the original game, flags for teams such as Great Britain, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, Mongolia and Serbia had to be made from scratch using the flag layers created from the original flags, as those teams did not appear in the original game. Belarus and Russia's flags are not included as they are excluded in respect for both the IIHF and EA. Instead, flags of the two teams representing the fictional replacement nations Bryndit and Ryghonia, both of which were made specifically for the Actua Ice Hockey TC, are included and are made of the same layers used to make the flags for the aforementioned non-existent teams.

As for the SML logos which appear in NHL 2005 and 06, as well as in 07 and 09 that are used for the player bios, smaller flags were taken from the banner graphics of the original game and scaled accordingly. In addition, SML flags for the additional teams had to be made in the same style as the rest.
